Vox Elegantto ships to the United States and select international destinations.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, some products may be shipped separately. If your order contains more than one item, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and separate deliveries.

During high-demand periods, product launches, holidays, or carrier delays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after the order has been processed:

United States: 10–20 business days
International: 10–30 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, carrier performance, customs clearance, weather conditions, and peak seasons.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order size, and available shipping method.

Free shipping promotions may be available and will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update after it has been issued, as carriers may take some time to scan and activate the shipment in their system.

If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country.

Vox Elegantto is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or local import procedures.

Delivery Issues

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Vox Elegantto is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, please contact us at solar.flames@topchoicelab.store with your order number and tracking number, and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier or fulfillment partner.
